Yorkwell Petroleum does not own refineries, terminals, pipelines or vessels. We work with the companies that do. Our business is built on strategic partnerships across the energy value chain, so that every trade has the right partner at each step: supply, storage, transport, finance and quality.

## Where we build partnerships

- **Producers and refiners**: Supply of crude oil, refined products and gas
- **Terminal and shipping operators**: Storage, transport and transfer of product
- **Banks and finance providers**: Trade finance and payment structures
- **Inspection companies**: Independent quality and quantity checks

Each partnership is set out in a written agreement.

Yorkwell Petroleum welcomes conversations with investors who see the value in a partnership-led energy trading company.

We are open to strategic investors from the energy sector, institutional investors and family offices, and energy companies looking for a long-term commercial partner.

## How we work

- **Partnership-led**: We work through the partners that own the infrastructure, instead of owning refineries, terminals or vessels ourselves.
- **Focused**: Energy commodity trading and brokerage of crude oil, refined products and gas, from Houston, Texas.
- **Compliance first**: Know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks come before any trade.
- **Clear leadership**: The company is led by its Chief Executive Officer, Leonard Scott, with responsibilities set out on our governance page.

## How a conversation starts

1. **Introduction**: Email info@yorkwellpetroleum.com with your name, your organization and what interests you.
2. **First meeting**: We meet to understand your objectives and explain how Yorkwell works.
3. **Confidentiality**: Before detailed information is shared, both sides sign a confidentiality agreement.
4. **Due diligence**: You review the company, and we complete our own checks on you.
5. **Agreement**: Any investment proceeds only under signed agreements, with each side advised by its own lawyers.

### What is the difference between investing and partnering?

Investors provide capital to the company. Partners work with us on supply, storage, transport, finance or inspection under commercial agreements. Both start with an email to us.
